It does have a bit of an aftertaste, but nothing too bad, and it doesn’t cause constipation like the pills either.

Is the B vitamin floradix bad for You?

Says it doesn’t cause constipation and for most people it probably doesn’t. I get easily constipated by anything so it still causes it for me but not nearly as bad as other iron supplements. My one warning with this is that if you are acne prone, the high level of B vitamins can cause major breakouts and oily skin.

Is it safe to take floradix at night?

Just wondering if it would benefit me and dh. have 2.5 and 7 week ds’s and obv life very hectic and dont get much sleep and im tired ALL the time, even when i wake up and havent done night feeds. i know this is normal and do take vitamins but wondering if its work taking this or not?
