Overall, they did a really nice job creating a polar express experience that is both true to the movie and unique to your experience. Two biggest issues with the experience: 1) the train you are in is a bit old, and some of the seat cushions are splitting. Not sure how often these trains are used, but the seats could use some refurbishment.
